Unboxing Video Policy
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we strongly recommend that customers record a video of the package being opened. This video can serve as evidence in case of any disputes regarding product condition or missing items.

Return & Exchange Policies
1. Return/Exchange Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable).

2. Courier Charges for Returns & Exchanges
Customer Responsibility:

Company Responsibility:
If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the return shipping cost once verified.
Exchanges:
The customer is responsible for return shipping to us. We will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to the customer (first exchange only).

3. Return/Exchange Schedule
Initiate Return/Exchange:
